Anika Rahman is a former Chief of Staff and Legislative Director in the Virginia General Assembly, with over a decade of experience in policy, advocacy, and campaign management. She has worked on more than 80 pieces of legislation, building coalitions to advance impactful policy.

Fluent in five languages, she has also engaged in international human rights advocacy on Capitol Hill, including work on the Rohingya crisis and Uyghur youth issues. Recognized as one of NOVA’s 40 Under 40, she is known for her focus on empathy-driven policy and community engagement.
