Dr. Rahman is Chairman, Governing Board, Munster Surgery Center and Senior Strategy Advisor, Incision-Care, an Amsterdam based healthcare company.

Dr. Rahman is a published author of books and articles in many professional journals. He is also a featured speaker in major conferences. He most recently spoke at  Amman, Jordan on “AI and Healthcare” as one of the keynote speakers and E-Leader Prague conference on “Challenges to US Economy Comes from Within – The Three Tapeworms”.

Dr. Rahman serves on the Board of Directors of Munster Surgery Center, APAC Partners LLC, Rahmking Enterprises, the Educational Advisory Board of Health Connect Partners and other organizations.

Dr. Rahman particular areas of interest and expertise include curriculum, design, and delivery for institutions of higher learning as well as efficiency of management in healthcare organizations in both United States and other countries. He was awarded Honorary Doctorate in International Management by a consortium of universities in Paris, France.
